The Boy Who Could Fly

Once there was a boy that could fly. He liked to prank people with this ability but the people did not like these advanced pranks that he did. So the people gathered together and tried to banish him from the land. Although, while the people were planning, the boy over herd their plan, and flew high up into the sky. Now he lives on the moon and if he were ever to back he would be banished away.

It takes 11 hours and 25 minutes from Auckland to Shanghai by plane.

Art Challenge

I drew a suit made of Money and Riches for my art assignment for week 10. The suit is made of 100 dollar bills with a tie made of Gold thread and Diamonds attached to it. The suit comes with special shoes that are made from a rare leather dipped in Gold Leaf with Diamonds on it (like the tie), and the laces are made from Gold thread as well as the tie. The finishing touch is wheelie shoes that have Rubies on the wheels. What inspired me to think of this was I just thought of Money and Gold then I just put them together and this is what I created.

A thing I learnt during level 4 lockdown

 During level 4 Covid Lockdown I learnt how to cook American Hot Dogs. First I opened the bag then put it in a pot of boiling water, then put it on the stove top for a bit. The water started bubbling like lava about to explode. Then I took them out of the pot and put 1 in a hot dog bun. I then grated some cheese and put it in the bun with the hot dog, then I got some ketchup and just put it all together. My dad put jalapenos relish (because he likes spicy stuff) on his and Mustard. I liked making these American Hot Dogs and want to make them again

Egg Challenge

I did the egg challenge but the egg I had had a little crack in it all ready, but it didn't get any bigger because of my idea of how to stop the egg from cracking when I drop it worked.

I used a cardboard box, packing peanuts, a zip lock bag, a fruit bag ( for a parachute), and an egg.

Connor's Toys story

 If my toys were to come alive while I was asleep They would probably try to play Minecraft on my XBOX or maybe play Minecraft Dungeons or maybe silently watch Cartoon Network on TV and listen to Man on stilts, Gimme a break or Knock Knock on spotify. When it's raining they might look out the window and look at the rain. They could also use my Lego to build a fort, fortress, castle, kingdom. And the Lego characters that I have and I have a lot of Legos and Lego characters would be the townspeople and rulers . My dragon would probably be flying around and shooting fireballs that glow in the dark or he could be the dragon of the Lego castle.

Term 2 reflecting

 I did a lot of work this term and now it's  the end of it. I did a lot things this term and some of it was hard and some of it was easy and some of it was fun. I was good with reading and writing maths and trying to write a blog post was hard. We learned about Matariki and the seven stars and every one that goes to new windsor school know about the Fale launch and the shade sail.

Me

 My name is Connor I go to New Windsor school and I like playing video games one of my favourite games is Marvels Avengers. You can play as Hulk ,Cap, Thor, Iron man, Kate Bishop Mrs, Marvel. There's a new update that I have with Clint or people call him Hawkeye (I'm a boss at him!). There was a boss called Mistro I schooled him But it took about 2 or 3 times to do so but I did it in the end.I like McDonalds and pizza by the way. I have a dog he's cool he barks at things mainly my neighbours.I like to ride my bike and scooter.

School Disco

Today is the day of the school Disco and all my friends are going. (My friends are Sebastian Xavier and Nathan their really cool you should go check out their Blogs) It was so cool I stood in front of one the speakers and it was so loud it was so cool. I got lots of candy and I even the greatest dell ever at the snack bare and I threw a ninja star and there was a cob wed on one of the lights and the light made it Rainbow coloured the cob web. It was really fun and I want to do this again.  

panikeke

 I just had a thing called a panikeke. A panikeke is a Samoan pancake/donut type thing. It's really good.I think it had a banana in it, and it looked to be deep fried. There are big crunky bits that are really good. Everyone in the class got one. It smelt really good.

 My name is Connor and I am a y5 at New Windsor school. I am a kiwi half Samoan part Irish. My dad is Samoan and my mum is Irish. I like playing video games and I like making Legos I’m good at typing and writing. I like writing about stuff I’ve done over some time. I’m trying hard to get the hang of this new type of math and new stuff. I am trying to read more fluently out loud otherwise I’m really go in my head.

Bee science

Today in my class we did science on bees. We were given different types of bees to look at with a magnifying glass, we also used tweezers to pick up the bees to get a closer look at them. We got given a sheet to fill out about bees. Other people were saying that the bees smell bad but I didn't smell it. The bees weren't alive they were dead. We watched a video that the teacher put on about bees. Some of the bees body parts fell off.
